Jillian McDonough

Jillian McDonough is a co-owner at LPY and a yoga teacher. She truly believes that each and every person in class is a super hero (of life) and wants them to think the same thing about themselves. She likes a little bit of intensity and strength in her classes but also feels it is so important to do the harder work - relaxing and winding down!

She specializes in yogi’s with hypermobility and how to make their practice strong and functional. She likes to set goals and work on advanced poses and proper technique to make class feel good. She also uses breath work and meditation to help grow and manage her everyday life and loves sharing it with others.

Lorraine Shedoudi

Lorraine Shedoudi is a co-owner of LPY, manager of teachers and of the teacher training program and the Gratitude Adjustment. She is passionate about yoga that can make you feel stronger and more balanced and about using mindfulness tools and meditation to help you break through barriers and be the best version of yourself.

Lorraine’s sessions are 75 minutes. She typically will do 45-50 minutes of yoga tailored to your needs and then 15-20 minutes of mindfulness or meditation. Followed by a few minutes of input and discussion with you to decide what you can continue to work on.

$925 for 6 weeks. 1 session per week.

Ewa Mozdyniewicz

Ewa Mozdyniewicz

Ewa grew up in Poland and after High School came to the USA, where she graduated with Bachelors in Psychology and worked in mental health.
Her passion for health and some injuries guided Ewa to yoga and since day one she noticed the benefits, beyond physical. After completing a few Yoga Teacher trainings and overcoming her fear of speaking in front of people she decided to share the knowledge and magic of yoga with others. As a teacher she equally loves the energy of group classes and giving that 1:1 attention during private sessions. Always craving to learn more about health, Ewa is in the process of becoming a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
While teaching yoga Ewa offers space to explore functional movement, mobility, strength as well as stillness, mindfulness and breath. With her authentic Polish heart and accent Ewa always encourages curiosity, kindness, and support, on and off the mat.

Jen Geller

Jen Geller

A competitive athlete and distance runner for many years, a severe hamstring injury brought Jen to her mat many years ago. Jen is a physical therapist and has specialized in orthopedics, obstetrics, and nonconventional therapies such as myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. After working as a PT for more than twenty years, Jen made the leap into teacher training here at Lexington Power Yoga. Through this transformative journey, Jen realized that teaching yoga was now her path and her passion- wanting to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible.

Jen’s physical therapy knowledge is a great resource. She can offer private lessons that include physical therapy type consultation and creation of a six week program following that is perfect for you!.

She also loves working with clients who might be older, working with an injury, moving slower because of degenerative conditions such as arthritis, degenerative joint disease, etc…. All lessons can be tailored to the client.
