What Is The On Demand Library Like?

Our on demand library is full of all different kinds of classes that you can take on your time!

We have classes that will stimulate strength, cardio, long muscle activation, flexibility and more! We also have a full library of meditation which we will ask you to take advantage of!

When you sign up you will receive instructions on how to login to the On Demand Library anytime you would like.

What Happens With The Accountability Coaching

Coaching brings you to the next level.

When you sign up we will send you a form that will help us flush out your goals, wants and needs. We will pair you up with just the right coach! They will call you for an introduction call and talk with you about the program.

From there you will have 2 fifteen minute check ins per week to go over your tracking results and goals. You will get to ask questions and your coach will be there to motivate you!

What To Expect In The Live Virtual Classes

Our schedule is full of yoga and barre classes you can take daily. We use zoom to access all of these classes and mindbody to sign up.

Once you sign up we will apply 30 classes to your account to be used towards any class on the schedule for 30 days. If you are local you can select to come to outdoor/indoor or livestream. If you are far away you want to select livestream.

You will receive your mindbody login when you register and you can start signing up for classes immediately.
