No, sorry - pickup at the studio will be scheduled soon and we will email you to let you know once you sign up.
Can you give me more details on the 30 pre recorded classes?
Yes! We will choose these classes so they make sense in a way that helps promote strength building in both your muscles and your cardio tolerance. We will also have restorative yoga and yin yoga which will be days you rest and recover.
You don’t have to do them in order but it can be a good starting point.

Yoga Sculpt With Jillian - This class will feel like a familiar yoga format but include weights and resistance band work!
Barre Strength with Linda - 45 minutes of straight-up barre inspired strength work. Think added weights with thigh work, interesting and new ways of combining the moves you know and love with a strength inspired twist. Cool down with 15 minutes of thoughtful stretching.
HIIT Strength with Courtney - This 60 minute class will leave you feeling accomplished!! There will 40 minutes of HIIT work and 20 minutes of barre inspired strength work using weights. Expect this class to give you cardio and muscle tone!
Weight Training w/ Ewa - Ewa walks us through a full body weight training day. Learn proper technique and the “why” behind strength training and how it is the perfect compliment to your yoga and barre routine.
What Is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. These classes provide short but intense bursts of movement followed by a very short rest. So think squats for 2 minutes and then rest for 30 seconds. Then jumping jax for 2 minutes and rest….the lengths of each are up to the teacher but the point is the same. To get your heart rate way up and to work major muscle groups in your body.
HIIT classes don’t last long because they are so intense!
What if I can't make the live classes?
No problem! We record them all and put them in your course work platform so that you can view them anytime during your 30 days and up until 15 days after your 30 day challenge ends.
Do I have to meditate every day?
We are all adults here and you don’t HAVE to do anything! We are also here to encourage and support you, not pressure you! BUT - we would love if you did try and keep exploring. Different types of meditation work for different people and the only way to know is to keep trying. We will encourage a daily meditation practice even if it’s just one minute a day.
What kind of resources will I receive?
You will get a whole library of meditations to explore with. Each meditation is guided and will help you explore a mindfulness or meditation tool that will bring about more awareness, calm and productivity.
You will get two webinars to help you further explore meditation and what might work for you.
You will get weekly emails that have encouragement, science behind why it works and resources such as books, articles and podcasts.
Do I have to make each weekly check in?
Nope! We will record them and post them to your course work platform right after the meeting so you can catch up anytime.

What is the difference between the 300 hour and your wellness career coaching?
There are elements of career coaching in the 300 hour but the overarching goal of this training is to deepen your exploration of things you could offer as a teacher. You may be teaching all levels classes and are ready to dive deeper into yin or ball rolling so that you have a deeper knowledge well to pull from. This training really gives you a deep dive into the things you will want to know to be a well rounded teacher in this industry.
Our business coaching program is for those who have narrowed down what they would like to offer (or are on the track to narrowing it down) and then helps you develop everything you need to build your own business.
Is Your 300 Hour Accredited By Yoga Alliance?
Yes! While we believe a training does not have to be accredited by the YA to be good we do know that we went through a lot of assessment via the Yoga Alliance and many many months of trying to get our certification. Our training fits all of their standards and having the accreditation is often seen by corporations and other yoga studios as a positive.
Do You Offer Scholarships?
Yes! We are invested in helping this community and our industry diversify. We partial scholarships available for those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ or anyone who is economically disadvantaged.
