She is interested in helping moms feel safe and strong throughout their pregnancy and especially postpartum and the years when kids are young. Jaime-Lyn Gaudet

Jaime-Lyn Gaudet

After studying dance throughout her life, Jaime-Lyn entered her first yoga class in 2005, and immediately felt at home. Having spent several years in Southern California, and now living and studying in the Boston area, she is grateful for how these two yoga communities have shaped both her personal practice and teaching style.

Jaime-Lyn completed her 200+ hour teacher training with Boston Yoga School, and is currently working toward 500 hour certification with Lexington Power Yoga. She has studied pre and post natal yoga with Om Births and Rooted Boston, and is an approved Radiant Child Yoga Teacher.

Both on and off the mat, she strives for balance. Her teaching is interlaced with a focus on strength and alignment, while fostering a sense of curiosity and playfulness.

Outside of her yoga practice, Jaime-Lyn enjoys traveling, usually in pursuit of the next rock to climb or sunset to photograph. Oh, and ice cream.

Lorraine Shedoudi

Lorraine’s classes give you a cherished place of being able to process. She has a magical way of helping to remind you that you were designed to do this work and you are doing an amazing job. She has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and been training teachers on how to teach for more than 10. She has lead many prenatal teacher trainings and has so much knowledge and loves to share. Her classes are strong and steady.

Lorraine has content in the on demand library and is also part of the prenatal yoga training at LPY.

Mandy Schwartz

Mandy is a steady, patient and stable force. She has been a yoga teacher for over 10 years and fell in love with prenatal and postnatal yoga while having her two little girls. Her classes feel strong but very supportive. Mandy used what she has learned in yoga to have two unmedicated births - one being during the covid pandemic and at home! She is a such a deep well of knowledge and because she is right in the middle of it, knows what mama’s need the most.

Mandy teaches prenatal, has content on our on demand platform and is also a leader in the prenatal teacher training.
